To support general operations of PhillyCAM, a community media center committed to teaching, creating, and distributing locally-produced media content on cable, FM radio and online. $325,000 is intended to support the general operations of PhillyCAM, including its media education programs and community engagement, and $50,000 will be reserved for PhillyCAM's radio news program, Block by Block.
