Supplemental funding to support the ongoing operations and growth of the Philly Community Wireless public mesh wifi network in Norris Square, as well as supporting the expansion of networks across North Philadelphia, especially into the neighboring areas of Kensington, Fairhill, and Nicetown-Tioga.

For continued support of Philly Community Wireless, which provides a community-controlled internet infrastructures in North Philadelphia.

To provide free basic and focused digital literacy in for impact on the neediest seniors, such as the homeless, deep poverty communities, differently abled homebound, and LGBTQ elderly.

To provide access to cellphone and consecutive online access to housing insecure sex workers in Philadelphia, expanding access to social services, medical care, support networks, above ground jobs, and, lastly but very importantly, safer and more autonomous ways of accessing work in the underground economy.

To improve digital literacy and help narrow the digital divide among immigrants in Philadelphia who are English Language Learners, by combining English language instruction with digital literacy and workforce development.
